Our Salon Policies
A 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations and or missing any appointments without proper notification, the first time, we will allow booking another appointment. If any appointment without notification happens a second time, we will not allow any future appointments to be scheduled until the missed appointment has been paid in full.
Please understand that the reason for this policy is to protect our stylists from having blocks of time scheduled out that will not be fulfilled with services, to protect the Refinery Salon & Co stylists from loss of revenues especially in busy times, and also to allow time in our schedules for others who are trying to make appointments. We simply cannot commit to scheduling appointments for those who may not show. If a customer is unable or unwilling to pay for the missed appointment but would still like to receive services at the Refinery, it would be allowed on a walk-in basis only and we would happily offer services if and when available.
Refinery Salon & Co reserves the right to refuse appointments for any reason. Should no show, cancellations, and/or habitual rescheduling occur, service will no longer be provided by Refinery Salon & Co
If you happen to be running behind, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, if you are 15 minutes or more behind you may need to give up part of your service(s) (ie; blow dry) or you may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that if it is necessary reschedule due to excessive tardiness you will incur a last minute reschedule fee that can be up to 50% of your appointment service fee.
Our goal is to ensure child safety while providing a professional environment in which our stylists can focus on their guests needs. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. It is essential that all children remain seated in the Salon waiting area to ensure their safety. Children are permitted in the service area only when a service is being provided to them. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was solely created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. This policy is strictly enforced due to safety regulations for providing services including chemicals and hot tools that may pose a danger to your child if unsupervised. Your understanding and compliance is greatly appreciated as we do not want to compromise the safety and relaxation of our guests.
In order to provide a calm and relaxing experience for you as our guest, we ask that arrangements for childcare be made during your appointment time.
SERVICE RE-DO POLICY:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 72 hours of your visit we will be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional charge.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
